Process & Verification
Planet Earth Oil reviews each inquiry individually. We work to understand the request, clarify each party's role, and identify what information needs to be checked before a potential transaction advances.
Verification is a process, not a guarantee. A document received for review is not automatically authenticated, and a preliminary discussion does not confirm product availability or transaction readiness.
How the Process Works
Initial Inquiry
The buyer or supplier provides basic company, contact, product, quantity, timing, and delivery information through the appropriate inquiry form.
Role and Authority Review
We clarify whether each party is the principal, an authorized representative, or an intermediary. Where applicable, we request evidence of current written authority through a secure document process.
Information and Document Review
We review relevant company and transaction information. Where practical, key claims are checked with the appropriate issuing organization or independent source. A document's appearance or receipt alone does not establish its authenticity.
Commercial Alignment
We compare the proposed product, specifications, quantity, delivery location, schedule, and commercial terms with the stated requirements of the other party.
Qualified Discussion
If the parties and opportunity appear suitable for further discussion, introductions or next steps may be considered with the appropriate consent and confidentiality protections.
Independent Due Diligence and Contracting
The parties and their advisers determine what further due diligence, inspection, legal review, banking review, and definitive agreements are required. No transaction is confirmed until the relevant parties complete those steps and execute the required documents.
